We will be heading to the Kamnik-Savinja Alps, the second-highest mountain range in the country, to visit an adventure park. This specially adapted polygon features a variety of adventure activities that will challenge and entertain the whole family. From zip-lining to climbing, there’s something for everyone at this unique park in an alpine environment. You can use the second part of the day to unwind in Ljubljana and do some sightseeing.

On the third day, we’ll drive into the Triglav National Park to experience some wet fun. We will go on an exhilarating canyoning adventure in a canyon near Lake Bohinj, abseiling, tobogganing, and jumping down the cool stream.
After lunch, we’ll head out kayaking on the lake and then down the Sava Bohinjka River. In the afternoon, we will take it easy around Lake Bohinj, but if you want more, we can ride a cable car to Vogel for some incredible panoramic views of the Julian Alps.

On day four of the itinerary, you will have the chance to kick back and relax in Ljubljana or go on the hunt for new adventures. Some options for activities include taking a tour of the Ljubljana castle, enjoying a boat ride on the Ljubljanica River, splashing around in the Atlantis water park, or bouncing at the WOOP trampoline park. The choice is yours! So go out there and make the most of your time in this vibrant city.

You will visit Lake Bled and embark on an exciting whitewater rafting adventure on the Sava River, the biggest one in Slovenia. After getting your adrenaline pumping, you’ll take on the Bled zipline for an epic ride over the stunning landscape. Spend the rest of the day exploring Lake Bled, with its castle and island, or rent a SUP or a bicycle to take in the sights at your own pace, before returning to the capital.

On day six of the itinerary, you will have a more laid-back and leisurely day. You will go on a stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) tour on the Ljubljanica River, taking in the sights of the capital city from a new perspective. The tour will take you along the river’s green outskirts, where you may even spot some of the local wildlife. This will be a peaceful and enjoyable way to spend the day, surrounded by beautiful scenery and getting some exercise on the water.

We recommend that you bring a swimsuit and towels for any water activities, as well as comfortable shoes that you can move easily in for hiking and cycling. You should also bring comfortable clothes that are appropriate for the activities you will be participating in.
