When it comes to outdoor activities, Slovenia is a land of limitless possibilities. Everywhere you turn, there’s a scenic valley to hike through, a majestic mountain to climb, or a crystal-clear river to raft down. On this 8-day outdoor active tour in Slovenia, you will experience some of the best adventures that the country has to offer.

Your journey will begin in one of the most scenic alpine resorts in Slovenia, Bled. On the day of your arrival, you will have the option of exploring the town on your own or experiencing some of the best highlights like taking a ride to Bled island in the traditional Pletna Boat or learning the rich history of the magnificent Bled Castle. You should also save some energy because you are going to need it the next day.

Experienced guides will take you on an adventurous kayaking trip on the untamed Sava river, and that is only the beginning. For a proper dose of adrenaline, you will get wet by going canyoning down the cool streams near Bled, which will excite even the most demanding adrenaline seekers. Our next stop will be in Bovec, the adventure capital of Slovenia. We will discover the many curves of the Soča river by going white water rafting and conquering its infamous rapids under the guidance of experienced local guides.

To take in all the beauty of Soča Valley we will visit Virje Waterfall, hike to the Soča river source, and marvel at the magical Šunik water grove. A scenic ride over the Vršič mountain pass will take us to the capital city of Ljubljana. There we will explore the famous architecture, with a bike tour and feel the city’s lively vibe. Last but not least we will take you back in time on the high pastures of Velika Planina, where you will be taken back in time by a unique shepherd’s village.

After coming back home and looking at the photos of your 8 days in Slovenia it will be hard to believe that you experienced all of that in just eight unique, action-packed, unforgettable days.

When we say small, we mean small. Our groups consist of 4-8 people, so you are able to get a true in-depth experience of the destination without the hassle of travelling with a busload of people. This is ideal for solo travellers, couples, small groups of friends and family who are happy to share their journey with other like minded people. We need a minimum of 4 people to run this boutique tour with your own tour leader, accommodation and activities arrangements and comfortable transportation. If your group is bigger, please contact us for a different arrangement.

Private Guided Group

Private tour gives you the freedom and flexibility to adjust your days on the tour to your needs and wishes. The driver guide and all of your transfers are exclusively just for you, so you have more control over your time and schedule and more of a personal experience without having to adapt to a bigger group. Whether you are travelling alone or with family and friends, guided private tours give you the option for more stops, add-on and on the fly changes, as long as they fit the itinerary, which we carefully prepare and organise, so you can have a carefree holiday.

Self-guided

For travellers that want flexibility and independence. We organize the tours of your choice, but the adventure of getting around is all yours. You will get a fly & drive itinerary handout with activities, accommodations and travelling tips with full support of our team for any emergencies or concerns. You will take yourself around, but we can arrange a car rental or even a campervan if you wish.
